Renewing Annual Dues Dues renewal notices are mailed to all members approximately 60 days prior to the expiration date. Or, for members who opt-in for paperless renewal notices, texts or emails are sent 30 days prior to expiration. Several reminders are sent post expiration. • Pay by credit/debit card over the phone by calling The Moose Helpdesk at (630) 906-3658.
• Pay by using The Moose Smartphone App. Learn more here on how to download it.
• Pay by creation of a reoccurring annual payment with a credit card. Set up is easy; just log into your My Membership Record and go to “Manage Account” > “Manage Auto Pay.”
